Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that we only accept exchanges for replacements if the item is found to be defective or incorrect. In such cases, you will need to provide supporting photos and videos. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will not need to return the damaged product.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@interico.art.  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you new the same  item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
